Tamburlaine Wine NPA Cabernet Merlot 2024, Organic, Preservative Free, Vegan - Hunter Valley, New South Wales
Rich, smooth and generously fruited, this organic preservative-free Cabernet Merlot shows ripe red and black berries layered with plum, warm Christmas-cake spice, clove and a subtle touch of marzipan. The palate is medium-bodied and dry, with juicy dark fruit, gentle acidity and soft, rounded tannins creating an easy, supple texture. Savoury, generous and beautifully approachable, it carries dark berries and warming spice through to a smooth, lingering finish with plenty of richness and character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with roast lamb, grilled beef, slow-cooked beef, mushroom pasta, roasted vegetables, burgers or mature cheddar.
