Tamburlaine Pinot Noir NPA 2025, Organic, No Added Preservatives, Vegan - Hunter Valley, New South Wales
Bright, juicy and beautifully expressive, this organic no-added-preservative Pinot Noir opens with ripe red cherry and wild strawberry, layered with gentle spice and a subtle earthy, savoury edge. The palate is light to medium-bodied and dry, with vibrant red fruit, fresh acidity and silky fine-grained tannins creating a soft, supple texture. Fresh, savoury and wonderfully approachable, it carries cherry, strawberry and delicate spice through to a clean, smooth finish with plenty of energy and Pinot Noir character.
Food Pairing: Perfect with roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes, roast chicken, lentil dishes, Brie or Camembert.
