Tamburlaine Wine Au Naturel Sparkling NPA NV, Organic, Preservative Free, Vegan - Hunter Valley, New South Wales
Crisp, lively and beautifully refreshing, this organic preservative-free sparkling Chardonnay shows green apple and lemon zest layered with ripe pear, white flowers, cold river stone, warm brioche and toasted hazelnut. The palate is light to medium-bodied and dry, with a fine persistent bead, bright acidity and creamy lees texture bringing freshness, balance and subtle pastry richness. Energetic, clean and finely textured, it carries citrus and apple through to a long, chalky mineral finish with just enough savoury complexity to keep every sip interesting.
Food Pairing: Perfect with oysters, fish and chips, tempura vegetables with ponzu, fried chicken, sushi, salty canapés or creamy Brie.
