Stefano Lubiana Riesling 2022, Biodynamic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Granton, Tasmania
Fresh, aromatic and beautifully precise, this biodynamic Tasmanian Riesling shows fresh lime, crisp green apple and white flowers layered with crushed stone, makrut lime and a delicate fennel lift. The palate is light to medium-bodied and off-dry, with subtle fruit sweetness balanced by bright sherbety acidity, fine phenolic texture and a silky, rounded mouthfeel. Elegant, energetic and distinctly cool-climate, it carries through with apple, lime and floral detail before finishing long, clean and mineral with impressive freshness and drive.
Food Pairing: Perfect with oysters, prawns, sashimi, Thai or Vietnamese dishes, spicy Asian food, oily fish, soft cheeses or fennel and apple salad.
