Summertime bubbles! Bright, fresh and seriously fun, this Kangaroo Island Sparkling Red bursts with black cherry and raspberry, layered with redcurrant, cherry cola, aniseed and subtle dark chocolate. The palate is vibrant and fruit-driven with a fine bead, generous dark-fruit flavour and lovely complexity from the older Cabernet and Shiraz components.
Food Pairing: Perfect with roast turkey, charcuterie, crispy duck, pork belly, barbecue meats or rich Middle Eastern dishes.
