A classic cool-climate Kangaroo Island Cabernet with ripe blackberry and cassis at the core, layered with plum, tobacco, subtle herbs and a touch of pepper. The palate is medium to full-bodied with concentrated black fruit, fine drying tannins and balanced acidity, finishing long, savoury and structured.

Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled lamb, beef brisket, venison, mushroom risotto, aged cheddar or slow-cooked beef.
