Spring Seed Co Cabernet Sauvignon 'Cockscomb' 2021, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - McLaren Vale, South Australia
Rich, fresh and classically McLaren Vale, this Cabernet Sauvignon is packed with ripe blackberry and redcurrant, layered with violet, dark berries, leafy herbs and a subtle touch of mint. The palate is medium to full-bodied with generous fruit, fresh acidity and savoury complexity, finishing long, balanced and beautifully varietal.
Food Pairing: Perfect with roast lamb, grilled steak, slow-cooked beef, mushroom dishes, hard cheeses or chargrilled vegetables.
