Bright, rustic and seriously characterful, this Barossa Valley Trousseau is packed with tart red cherry, cranberry and rhubarb, layered with dried flowers, fresh herbs, earthy notes and a subtle savoury olive edge. The palate is light, dry and ultra-fresh, with vibrant acidity and crunchy red fruit creating a wonderfully energetic red that is particularly delicious served slightly chilled.
Food Pairing: Perfect with charcuterie, pâté, smoked meats, roast chicken, grilled pork or hard cheeses.
