Rich, concentrated and beautifully fragrant, this single-vineyard McLaren Vale Shiraz is packed with boysenberry, plum and black cherry, layered with violet, savoury spice, dried herbs and subtle earthy notes. The palate is full-bodied yet remarkably bright, with generous dark fruit, peppery spice and French oak complexity carrying through to a long, savoury finish.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled lamb, roast beef, venison, slow-braised meats, chargrilled vegetables or rich mushroom dishes.
