Bright, savoury and distinctly Italian-inspired, this McLaren Vale Sangiovese combines vibrant cherry and cranberry with dried oregano, native pepperberry and rhubarb, layered with subtle earthy and mineral notes. The palate is lively and fresh with juicy red fruit, savoury complexity and a gentle touch of French oak carrying through to a long, dry finish.
Food Pairing: Perfect with wood-fired pizza, tomato-based pasta, mushroom risotto, grilled lamb, antipasto or rustic Italian dishes.
