Deep, rich and beautifully structured, this certified organic Pyrenees Shiraz opens with blueberry and spicy plum, layered with cocoa-covered cherry, fresh blackberry, subtle vanilla, cinnamon spice and savoury native pepper berry. The palate is full-bodied and velvety, with concentrated dark fruit wrapped in fine, persistent tannins before a long finish of summer berries, toasted pistachio and gentle spice.

Food Pairing: Perfect with roast lamb, Wagyu beef, slow-cooked stews, beef short ribs, terrines and rich mushroom dishes.
