Not usually a Merlot drinker but this one was honestly lovely. It’s soft and smooth, not too heavy, and had this plum and berry thing going on. I opened it while making a spicy eggplant curry and they actually worked really well together! the wine mellowed out the heat and tasted super clean. Nice knowing it’s organic too. Would buy again for sure.
