Smooth, rich and beautifully approachable, this organic Pyrenees Cabernet Sauvignon opens with blackcurrant and dark chocolate, layered with toasty menthol and sweet liquorice. The palate is full-bodied and generous, with ripe forest berries and redcurrants supported by smooth, velvety tannins before a clean, lingering cherry finish.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled steak, lamb chops, roast beef, portobello mushrooms, slow-cooked beef and mature cheeses.
