Mount Avoca Cabernet Sauvignon 'Estate' 2019, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Pyrenees, Victoria
Rich, savoury and beautifully structured, this certified organic Pyrenees Cabernet Sauvignon opens with blackcurrant and cassis, layered with dark cherry, nutmeg, tobacco leaf, menthol and roasted cocoa. The palate is medium-bodied and concentrated, with ripe dark berry fruit, fine structured tannins and subtle French-oak toast carrying through to a long, balanced finish.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled beef burgers and Gruyère, Asian BBQ lamb ribs, slow-cooked lamb shanks, mushroom stroganoff and roast beef.
