Rich, luscious and beautifully balanced, this biodynamic Barossa Valley fortified Shiraz delivers dark cherry and sweet plum layered with heritage rose florals, clove spice, toffee and brandied fruit cake. The palate is full-bodied and opulent, with pristine dark fruit, finely structured tannins and perfectly integrated grape spirit. Natural grape sweetness adds richness without becoming cloying, leading to a remarkably long, clean and refreshing finish.
Food Pairing: Perfect with dark chocolate desserts, fruit cake, blue cheese, mature cheddar, roasted nuts, dried fruits and rich chocolate tart.
