Kalleske Grenache Shiraz Mataro 'Clarry's' 2024, Biodynamic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Barossa Valley, South Australia
Juicy, savoury and beautifully balanced, this biodynamic Barossa Valley Grenache Shiraz Mataro blend opens with dark rose florals, musk and sweet spice, layered with strawberry, dried herbs, forest floor and a subtle touch of choc mint. The palate is medium-bodied and vibrant, with cherry and raspberry fruit supported by gentle tannins and restrained seasoned-oak character. Fresh, approachable and wonderfully expressive, it finishes long and savoury with plenty of fruit purity and classic Barossa GSM charm.
Food Pairing: Perfect with roast lamb, grilled sausages, beef pies, chargrilled vegetables, Mediterranean dishes and mature hard cheeses.
