Kalleske Chenin Blanc 'Florentine' 2024, Biodynamic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Barossa Valley, South Australia
Bright, lively and beautifully refreshing, this biodynamic Barossa Valley Chenin Blanc opens with green apple, lime cordial and jasmine, layered with fresh thyme and a subtle touch of flint. The palate is light-bodied and juicy, with white stone fruit and citrus pith carried by a crisp sorbet-like acid line, while a gentle oily texture is balanced by fine stony minerality. Clean, vivid and fruit-driven, it finishes long and fresh with classic Chenin Blanc energy.
Food Pairing: Perfect with oysters, scallops, prawns, crab, grilled fish and other fresh seafood. These closely follow Kalleske’s own pairing recommendations for Florentine.
