Frankland Estate Riesling 2023, Organic, Vegan, Gluten Free - Frankland River, Western Australia
Fragrant, precise and beautifully balanced, this organic Frankland River Riesling opens with vibrant lime, mandarin and tangerine layered with jasmine, honeysuckle and delicate white florals. The palate is fresh and finely textured, with white stone fruit, citrus pith and a subtle talc-like minerality leading into a long saline finish. Soft and creamy in texture yet driven by delicate natural acidity, it is an elegant, expressive Riesling with excellent persistence and the structure to develop beautifully with age.
Food Pairing: Perfect with oysters, salt and pepper squid, grilled prawns, fish and chips, Thai dishes, Vietnamese salads and other fresh Southeast Asian dishes with chilli, ginger and lime.
