Really clean and bright like biting into a cold green apple. This would pair nice with dumplings to cut through all the spice and sesame oil. Super fresh, but not too acidic. Just crisp and balanced. Also love that Guilt Free Wine doesn’t overdo the packaging as it arrived snug,with no plastic waste, and on time. Whole experience felt thoughtful, not mass-market.
