Angove Wild Olive Shiraz 2021, Organic, Keto, Gluten Free - McLaren Vale, South Australia
Rich, generous and beautifully balanced, this organic McLaren Vale Shiraz delivers ripe blackberry, plum and cherry with layers of liquorice, clove, black pepper and subtle oak spice. The palate is full of dark fruit and savoury character, supported by smooth tannins and fresh acidity that keep the wine polished and approachable. A classic McLaren Vale Shiraz with depth, warmth and plenty of flavour.
Food Pairing: Perfect with grilled steak, roast lamb, slow-cooked beef, barbecue meats, hearty pasta dishes, roasted vegetables and mature cheddar.
NOTE: Current vintage is 2021, with only a few bottles remaining. Once sold out, this wine will transition to the 2023 vintage.
