Adelina Arneis 2023, Organic, Gluten Free, Keto - Clare Valley, South Australia
Bright, zippy and beautifully textured, this organic Arneis delivers citrus, green apple and juicy pear with raw almond, pink grapefruit and subtle dried-herb notes adding complexity. The palate is dry, focused and almost Riesling-like in its intensity, with fine chalky texture, brisk acidity and a long, clean finish. Distinctive, energetic and wonderfully refreshing.
Food Pairing: Perfect with seafood pasta, grilled prawns, shellfish, creamy salads, grilled zucchini and light Mediterranean dishes.
