Elegant, earthy, and beautifully matured

This GMS blend is everything you hope for from the Barossa. Bold fruit with layers of depth that only careful biodynamic winemaking can bring. On the nose, there’s lifted red berry, dried herbs, and a touch of earthiness. The palate is silky and refined, with Grenache giving brightness, Mataro adding savoury spice, and Shiraz providing that plush, velvety backbone.
Being from 2016, it’s got a few years of bottle age and it shows. The tannins have softened beautifully, the flavours have melded into something seamless, and it finishes long, clean, and complex.
The fact it’s biodynamic and organic makes it even more special. Pure fruit expression, no shortcuts, and a true taste of place. It feels artisanal yet polished, the kind of wine that impresses connoisseurs but is still approachable for casual drinkers.
Absolutely outstanding value for a wine with this pedigree and maturity!

An excellent, approachable wine. Smooth, full bodied, but not punchy. Elegant and sophisticated. So many lovely things going on. This paired so well with my Italian lamb rack. Just beautiful
