I have never tried Touriga before and usually go for bold reds like Shiraz or Cab Sauv, but this one caught me off guard in the best way. Opened it on a chilly evening, and the first sip was like a warm hug, deep, dark fruit flavors with a hint of spice. It had this smooth, velvety texture that made it hard to put down. Paired it with a hearty beef stew, and they complemented each other perfectly. Definitely adding this to my regular drinks list.
