This is a 'Rose' like no other. Done in the syrah style (aka. Shiraz), it is a dry, savoury rosé with delicate red fruits and hints of olives and subtle spice. It has a delicate texture and is very food friendly. Invite sophistication to your palate with every sip and let the luscious flavours linger.

Inside the Bottle

This wine is ready to go straight off the bat. Coats the mouth instantly with savoury fruit notes. There is a pleasing bitterness, think green olives. A gentle grip, from the basket pressing and barrel time, calls out for grilled octopus with a squeeze of lemon perhaps? I would recommend not drinking this wine too cold. It is drinking beautifully now but could definitely hold up over the next 5 years and beyond.
