Tamburlaine, established in 1966 by Dr. Lance Allen, was later acquired in 1985 by a group led by Managing Director Mark Davidson. Under Mark’s leadership, Tamburlaine has become a major producer of organic wines in Australia, with vineyards in the Hunter Valley and Orange regions.

Tamburlaine focuses on contemporary organic practices, emphasizing soil health and sustainability by avoiding non-biodegradable inputs. They also offer a range of organic wines with no added sulphur for consumers sensitive to traditional preservatives. With Mark Davidson’s extensive experience and a dedicated winemaking team, Tamburlaine continues to innovate and uphold its tradition of quality.
