Our Lantana Rose is named after the invasive weed by our founding viticulturist. Comparisons were drawn between the robust and vigorous growth habit of Lantana and the Shiraz grapes that are used to make this wine. You can't kill either with an axe! Lightly pressed into stainless steel tanks and crash cooled to retain a small amount of residual sweetness. Expect strawberries and cream with a balanced acidity.
