Wine Specifications

A bit of a throwback to the century before last when these vines produced sherry. A long term project where hand picked Pedro Ximenez was fermented on skins and fortified with grape spirit to stop fermentation and retain natural sweetness. This was then aged slowly in old oak barrels for up a decade.
No sulphur just time. And jeebus, it’s delicious.

Standard shipping takes 2-5 days. Please note that these are estimates, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location. Orders placed before 12 noon will be packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 noon will be packed and shipped the following business day.
